STEP ONE. Starting with a 10–15-minute video or telephone 'discovery call' with your selected mentor, you can explain your organisation’s particular challenges and opportunities. Alternatively, when practical, Robin can visit you for a 30-minute face to face meeting. These are both freely provided by Robin with no obligation on your part.
STEP TWO. Each selected candidate receives a free 55-minute 'pre-session' with Robin, or your selected mentor, that provides detailed reconnaissance of the priorities. It is a comparative process, refined over many years, and helps ensure that the coaching progresses well from the start. Our specialist senior and middle leader coaching is designed to take an individual’s performance, and your profitability, to the next level. Sessions usually take place on your premises or in one of our two boardrooms in Central London. If more flexibility is needed, sessions can be conducted via video call.
