West End law firm

Our client is a five-partner, general practice, law firm.

Our approach

We coached each of the partners through a programme of four or five 1-2-1 bespoke coaching sessions as well as facilitating a half day all partner brainstorming session. The purpose of the coaching was to help them work together better as a team and improve profitability. One challenge was to help the partners to rewrite their business plan that they could all genuinely buy into and take positive action. Their 2006 plan was gathering dust.

The result

A new business plan is now in place, written to a very different structure with clearer responsibilities and distinct roles for each partner. One year on and the partners reported that “figures are well up on last year which is very encouraging considering the dive in residential conveyancing”.
