Since 2000, Robin has coached almost 400 leaders and every single one of them has benefited from bespoke support and development, which has led to a steady flow of heart-felt referrals. Leadership coaching is conducted 1-2-1, starting off with a FREE 55 minute ‘pre-session’ that is provided at no cost and without obligation. ‘Pre-sessions’ follow a pattern, carefully refined over many years, to identify primary themes for unlocking a candidate’s full potential. Robin’s most popular 1-2-1 leadership coaching initiative is comprised of just four x two-hour sessions (that’s just eight hours spanning four months), purposefully designed to fit in to a busy leader’s schedule. Sessions are paced every three to six weeks to deliver long-lasting impact. After the sessions conclude Robin provides unlimited telephone and email support for up to ten years at no further cost up until such time that Robin believes an extra session would be more beneficial (triggered just once because the candidate had made a complete career change, which had fundamentally changed their landscape).
