Strengths, weaknesses & values

A great starting point to most 1-2-1 business performance coaching is a rapid analysis of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. OvationXL may suggest configuring business and personal SWOT analyses. The next step is to examine your core values. We deliberately scramble your thinking to elicit which are the ones you really believe are your most important values right now. We use this insight later in your coaching programme.

Your new strengths and abilities

  • Clarity - you now know for sure what you really need to tackle first.
  • Moved away from behaviour that had been holding you back.
  • Increased motivation.
  • Increased self awareness.

Did you know?

It isn't known who first invented the SWOT analysis. It has certainly featured in strategy work since the early nineteen seventies. Besides being used for individual performance coaching the SWOT analysis is used to gauge the degree of 'fit' between an organisation's strategies and its environment.

Who would benefit?

Anyone who would benefit from greater focus or who is moving towards their next level of performance. Anyone in managerial positions would benefit.
